Prophetess Gloria Jolly

Prophetess Gloria Jolly is a Certified Recovery Peer Specialist with specialization for Human Resources. She is a Certified Addiction and Awareness Educator and has served as Chaplain for Wakulla Correctional Institution located in North Florida. Prophetess Jolly is the Chief Servant of Keepers of the Flock Ministry, Inc. , a ministry inclusive of ministry to the lost, outreach ministry, specializing in ministry to the homeless population, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS, Jail and Prison incarcerated individuals and families. Prophetess Jolly is also the founder of Hope for Today Ministry, Inc., a ministry to help
equip the body of Christ in addiction awareness, education, effective prayer and life coaching. This woman of God is passionate and compassionate for those who Jesus describes as being in the highways and byways. Prophetess Jolly accepted the call of God in 1997. She was ordained as a Pastor in 2004 and as Pastor/Prophetess in 2016.

She graduated from The Institute of Theology and Ministry Training of Orlando, FL in 2003. She received her Evangelism Certification, was Certified as a Chaplain in 2012 and appointed in 2019. Prophetess Jolly also has an AA Degree in Biblical Studies , AA in General Studies, and Bachelor’s Degree in Theology with Honors. Prophetess also completed training under Soaring Eagles School of the Prophets founded by the late Apostle Ernest Moragne and Apostle Janet Moragne. Prophetess Jolly is a member of NAMI and ICARE. God has chosen to anoint and use Prophetess Jolly as Pastor, evangelist, teacher and prophetess in this last hour. She has traveled throughout the United States and has begun international ministry. Prophetess Jolly is a published author as one of the authors in a recent compilation titled: “Defining Moments.” Prophetess is also an avid ,

A vision that God has placed in Prophetess Jolly is to open a center for homeless veterans. The purpose will be to provide housing, reconciliation and hope to those who have served our country faithfully yet they are displaced.

She is the mother of one, David Jolly and grandmother of Jonathan Jolly.

She pastored a local body of believers 2014 –2019.

She currently serves as an ordained minister at Christ Dominion Church Fellowship under the leadership of Bishop Quan L. Miller and Dr. Pat Miller. Prophetess Jolly is also a member of Greater Kingdom Alliance Fellowship under Apostle Wade Jackson of Montgomery , Alabama where she serves as the Director of Evangelism and Outreach.

Prophetess has experienced and testifies of the faithfulness of God.

Vice-President of Keepers of the Flock Ministry

CoFounder, Vice President, Executive Director, International Center for Addiction & Recovery Education™ (ICARE)

Cheryl is the Vice-President of Keepers of the Flock Ministry, a non-profit organization devoted to reaching those who Jesus describes as being in the highways and byways. Cheryl has served faithfully with Keepers of the Flock Ministry since 2005.

Cheryl is the Co-founder, Vice President and Executive Director for the International Center for Addiction and Recovery Education (ICARE), a non-profit organization dedicated to solving the growing global problem of substance misuse and addiction. Cheryl has over two decades of proven leadership in corporate management, Human Resources, adult education, substance misuse, addiction and recovery awareness, support, prevention, and corporate wellbeing.

Cheryl directs the administration, operations, strategic planning, partnerships, and business development activities for ICARE’s three divisions, ICARE Workforce Solutions™, International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches (IAPRC) and NET Institute Center for Addiction and Recovery Education.

Cheryl is the Immediate Past President of the Greater Orlando Society for Human Resource Development (GOSHRM). During her tenure, GOSHRM won SHRM’s distinguished Pinnacle Award for innovating a community-based initiative to train HR professionals regarding substance misuse in the workplace.

Cheryl is a thought leader promoting recovery friendly workplaces as a workforce inclusion issue, and the critical role of peer recovery support in ending substance misuse in the workplace.

Gay Griffin DeLaughter

Born and raised in the Central Florida area, Gay Griffin DeLaughter spent the majority of this time in Orlando. She attended the public schools of Orange County and upon graduation from high school matriculated to Florida A and M University, (FAMU).  Upon graduation from FAMU Gay began her career in the Economic Services division for The State of Florida. In 1986 Gay realized her true passion for working with those who lived with adverse childhood experiences. Thus, garnering employment with Orange County Government, working with abused, abandoned and neglected children.

Throughout her career she was fortunate to hold many positions of leadership in the child welfare/social services arena. These positions afforded her the experience and ultimately the opportunity to briefly move out of the governmental sector and work for her church as Executive Director of Social Services Programs.   Being able to positively impact children and families in a multiplicity of areas within social services/child welfare is what Gay is most proud of.

Since retirement Gay continued her work as an avid volunteer.  Gay can be found on many days working with homeless services projects, serving on boards, consulting on grant funding and applications, and assisting with accreditation for a local child development center.

Gay has four adult children and seven grandchildren ranging in age from one to 26. Her absolute favorite pastime is attending social and sports activities with her grandchildren.
